Construction of a Smart Healthcare Network Security System Integrating IoT Communication Technology
Objective To develop a smart healthcare network security system leveraging the Internet of Things(IoT),aimed at addressing the risks of privacy leakage and inefficient encryption processing in the healthcare sector,and enhancing both data security and encryption efficiency.Methods A three-tier system architecture was devised,consisting of an intelligent community member layer,an IoT computing layer,and a cloud database.Furthermore,a block-based data fuzzy grouping algorithm and a fully homomorphic encryption algorithm using floating-point computations were introduced.Results The results demonstrate that the encryption approach developed in this study effectively encrypts data,achieving a computational cost reduction of approximately 60%compared to traditional centralized systems.Conclusion The IoT-based smart healthcare network security system and its encryption approach proposed in this study not only mitigate privacy leakage risks in smart healthcare but also enhance encryption efficiency,offering a novel solution for data security in this field.
