摘要
目的 以问题为导向,对医院后勤智慧运维平台进行持续改进与优化,提升后勤整体运营效率和服务质量.方法 组建技术对接小组,深入分析平台运行现状,采取针对性措施推动问题逐项解决.结果 在增设监测点位、优化报警逻辑、扩展平台架构、完善电压预警等基础上,该平台实现了安全防控、异常报警、运行维护、日常管理能力的全面提升.结论 平台建设不能一劳永逸,要在运行过程中,结合技术进步与需求变化,持续改进,不断提升后勤管理的精细化和信息化水平.
Abstract
Objective Using problems as a guide,continuously improving and optimizing the hospital logistics intelligent operation and maintenance platform,so as to enhance the overall operation efficiency and service quality of logistics.Methods Through the formation of a technical docking team,in-depth analysis of the current status of the platform's operations,and adoption of targeted measures to promote the solution of problems one by one.Results Based on the addition of monitoring points,optimization of alarm logic,expansion of platform architecture,and improvement of voltage warning,the platform has achieved a comprehensive enhancement of safety prevention and control,abnormality alarm,operation and maintenance,and daily management capabilities.Conclusion The construction of the platform is not a once-and-for-all solution.It should be continuously improved in the course of operation,in conjunction with technological advances and changes in demand,so as to continuously enhance the level of refinement and informatization of logistics management.
