Design and Implementation of Distributed Data Collection and Fusion Platform for Multi-branch Medical Institutions
Objective The platform is designed to resolve the prominent difficulties faced by regional data centers or multi-branch medical institutions in multi-source data collection and fusion. Methods In this study, some key technologies are applied, such as seamless connection between full data and incremental data, change data capture, consistency comparison, fault tolerance mechanism, and bandwidth optimization, and functional modules are designed, such as data aggregation deployment, synchronous organization, and management control. Results A distributed data collection and fusion platform has been constructed to solve the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data normalization, integrity and preservation.Based on it,the real-time aggregation and integration of medical data across hospital areas, systems, and fields has been achieved. Conclusion The platform can support regional data centers and multi-branch medical institutions in data value mining, such as medical treatment, management, and scientific research. This study is an effective technical exploration to meet the demands for full real-time operational data.
