摘要
目的 在我国医疗改革背景下,探索如何科学判断医疗费用的合理性、规范诊疗过程、促进药品耗材的合理使用,解决有效控制医疗费用增长的难题.方法 设计并建设运行医院药事精细化管理系统,进行事前合理用药管理、事中药物使用监管和事后药品使用分析与优化.结果 实现了临床路径中药事的精准化控制,提高了处方的合理性、合规性和安全性,实现了抗肿瘤药物、抗菌药物、静脉输液药品的实时动态管控,实现了用药方案的事后分析与优化.结论 医院药事精细化管理系统的应用,保障了患者安全合理用药,提高了药物治疗效果,切实改善了医疗质量,提高了医院管理的精细化水平.
Abstract
Objective To solve the challenges of scientifically judging the reasonableness of medical costs,standardising the diagnosis and treatment process,promoting the rational use of drugs and consumables,and effectively controlling the growth of medical costs in the context of China's healthcare reform.Methods The practice of hospital pharmacy refinement management system has been explored through the management of rational drug use beforehand,the supervision of drug use during the process,and the analysis and optimisation of drug use after the process.Results The precise control of medicine affairs in clinical pathways has been achieved;the rationality,compliance,and safety of prescriptions has been enhanced;the real-time dynamic control of antineoplastic drugs,antimicrobial drugs,and intravenous infusion medications has been implemented;post,analysis,and optimization of medication regimens have been realized.Conclusion The application of the fine management system of hospital pharmaceutical affairs ensures the safe and rational drug use of patients,improves the effect of drug treatment,effectively improves the quality of medical treatment,and improves the fine level of hospital management.
