Closed-loop Management of TCM Cinical Nursing Work based on Mobile Nursing Information System
Objective To explore the practical effect of closed-loop management of TCM clinical nursing work under the mobile nursing information system.Methods Based on the mobile nursing information system,the closed-loop management of key links and terminal nursing quality of TCM clinical nursing work was carried out,and the results of the first-level quality control before and after closed-loop management,the working hours of nurses,and the satisfaction scores of nurses to the closed-loop management process were compared.Results After closed-loop management,the first-level quality control results,nurses'working hours,and nurses'satisfaction with the closed-loop management process were all better than those before closed-loop management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of closed-loop management on mobile nursing information system can realize the centralization of traditional Chinese medicine nursing work and the refinement and traceability of nursing quality management.At the same time,it has obvious advantages in standardizing nurses'behavior,ensuring nursing safety,enhancing work efficiency and improving nursing quality.
