目的 优化人力资源管理流程,提升医院人事管理能力,实现从传统医院管理向数字化医院管理体系转变.方法 通过构建人事数据互通和回流、医疗核心质控数据回馈等机制,统一人力资源管理基础字典,实现全院人员信息标识关联映射,打通人事与职能、临床业务科室之间的信息数据孤岛.结果 基于信息集成平台的人事管理系统,优化了医院人事数据互通共享流程,提高了医院人事数据整合能力,改善了人事考勤管理能力,提升了医疗质控质量,实现了业务协同,提高了办公效率.结论 基于信息集成平台构建医院人事管理系统,解决了传统人事管理中的问题,促进了数据共享和流程优化,为科学决策提供了技术支持.
Construction and Application of Hospital Personnel Management System Based on Information Integration Platform
Objective Optimize human resource management processes,enhance hospital personnel management capabilities,and achieve a transition from traditional hospital management to a digital hospital management system.Methods By establishing mechanisms for personnel data exchange and return,medical core quality control data feedback,etc.,a unified human resource management basic dictionary is established to achieve the mapping of personnel information identification throughout the hospital,and to bridge the information data silos between personnel,functional departments,and clinical business departments.Results The personnel management system based on the information integration platform has optimized the exchange and sharing of hospital personnel data,improved the integration ability of hospital personnel data,enhanced the ability of personnel attendance management,improved the quality of medical quality control,achieved business collaboration,and improved office efficiency.Conclusion Building a hospital personnel management system based on an information integration platform solves the shortcomings of traditional personnel management,promotes data sharing and process optimization,and provides technical support for scientific decision-making.
