摘要
目的 对医院现有信息系统进行改造,实现临床试验受试者的门诊和住院相关就诊流程再造.方法 基于业务和管理需求,按照临床试验相关规范要求,结合医院现有信息系统实际情况,进行临床试验费用减免管理系统的功能、架构和数据库设计及定制开发.结果 通过系统改造,有效实现了受试者的就诊流程再造.结论 临床试验费用减免管理系统有效支撑了受试者和医院方便快捷的费用报销,提升了受试者的就医体验感,提高了医护人员的工作效率.
Abstract
Objective The existing information system of the hospital was reformed to realize the process reengineering of outpatient and inpatient treatment for clinical trial patients.Methods Based on the business and management requirements,in accordance with the relevant clinical trial regulations and the actual situation of the existing information system of the hospital,the function,architecture and database of the clinical trial cost reduction management system were designed and customized.Results Through the system reform,the patient's medical treatment process reengineering was effectively realized.Conclusion The clinical trial cost reduction and remission management system effectively supports the convenient and quick expense reimbursement of patients and hospitals,improves the medical experience of patients and the work efficiency of medical staff.
