摘要
目的 构建完善的健康画像和健康评估体系,提升卫生健康服务与管理水平.方法 采用大数据挖掘技术挖掘健康数据价值,结合机器学习、聚类分析和趋势回归预测模型预测健康风险,构建健康画像体系与健康管理行为模型.结果 在疾病预测与预防、诊断与治疗及健康监测与管理领域,健康画像与健康评估体系取得了显著成效,该体系在慢性病筛查与监测、双向转诊转检平台健康画像集成以及签约居民个性化干预等方面也发挥了重要作用.结论 基于大数据与人工智能技术的健康画像与健康评估体系,为紧密型医联体的建设提供了坚实的技术支撑与数据保障,有效促进了医疗服务的整合与协同,提高了居民的健康水平和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective The aim is to establish a comprehensive health profiling and health assessment system,so as to improve health services and management level.Methods The study employs big data mining techniques to uncover the value within health data,integrates machine learning algorithms,and applies clustering analysis and trend regression prediction models to anticipate health risks.Based on these methodologies,a health profiling system and a health management behavior model are constructed.Results Significant achievements were observed in the application of the health profiling and assessment system across disease prediction and prevention,diagnosis and treatment,as well as health monitoring and management.Furthermore,the system played a crucial role in chronic disease screening and monitoring,health profiling integration for the bi-directional referral and examination platform,and personalized interventions for contracted residents.Conclusion The health profiling and assessment system,rooted in big data and artificial intelligence technologies,provides a solid technological foundation and data support for the construction of a closer medical care consortium.This system not only effectively promotes the integration and collaboration of medical services but also enhances the health standards and quality of life of residents.
