肿瘤专科医院云上精准床位预约系统构建与应用

目的 在肿瘤专科医院的互联网医院建立云上精准床位预约渠道,实现肿瘤患者线上入院资格智能评估和床位预约办理.方法 基于信息系统建设,采用光学字符识别和人工智能算法等新技术,对床位申请、审核、预约流程进行整合再造,建设云上精准床位预约系统.结果 人工智能支撑的云上精准床位预约系统运行4个月间,接收患者床位预约申请8 100次,智能初筛通过率为10.4%,初筛成功后医生接诊率为79.1%,医生接诊后可收治入院率为16.5%,高于同时期线下门诊患者平均收治住院率13.0%.结论 通过建立诊前的患者线上入院评估流程,可减少入院流程的信息不对称,降低患者时间和经济成本,提高医疗资源利用率和患者满意度.
Construction and Application of a Cloud-based Precise Bed Reservation System for Oncology Specialty Hospitals
Objective Establish a precise bed appointment channel on the cloud in the Internet hospital of the cancer specialist hospital to achieve intelligent assessment of the admission qualifications of cancer patients and make bed appointments.Methods Using new technologies such as information system construction,optical character recognition and artificial intelligence algorithm,the process of bed application,review and reservation was reconstructed,and a precise bed reservation system was built on the cloud.Results An cloud-based precise bed reservation system supported by artificial intelligence was established.During the four months of operation of the system,more than 8,100 patient bed appointment applications were received,and the pass rate of the Artificial Intelligence initial screening was 10.4%,the doctor's admission rate after the successful preliminary screening was 79.1%,and the admission rate of the doctor's admission was 16.5%,higher than the average admission rate of offline outpatient patients in the same period.Conclusion By establishing a pre-diagnosis patient admission assessment process,information asymmetry in the admission process have been reduced,patient time and economic cost have been lowered.The system has increased the utilization of medical resources and patient satisfaction.
