Research and Practice of Intelligent Pre diagnosis System for Neurology
Objective Neurological diseases have the characteristics of complex diagnosis and treatment,diverse types,and low incidence of most diseases.In order to reduce the difficulty of first diagnosis in primary medical institutions for neurological diseases,improve the quality and efficiency of medical services in our hospital,we are conducting research on intelligent pre diagnosis systems for neurology.Methods On the basis of the constructed evidence-based medicine knowledge graph for neurological diseases,an intelligent pre diagnosis system was constructed using AI technology through an evidence-based medicine rule engine and rule flow.Results The system adopts a guided question and answer method of human-computer interaction to collect patient's condition,medical history and other information,automatically generates pre consultation reports and sends them to clinical doctors.The application effect shows that the system optimizes the hospital's diagnosis and treatment service process and effectively improves the efficiency of doctor-patient communication.Conclusion This achievement can be applied to medical institutions at all levels in the future,achieving the sinking of high-quality specialized diagnosis and treatment experience at the grassroots level of Tiantan Hospital,and assisting in standardized consultation at the grassroots level.
