Survey and Analysis on Informatization Construction in Newly Built or Expanded Hospital Districts of Some Hospitals in Beijing Area
Objective To investigate the informationization construction of newly built or expanded hospital districts in Beijing,so as to provide reference for the informatization planning and design of smart hospitals.Methods A questionnaire survey and data compilation and analysis were conducted on the overall situation of informatization construction,investment,informatization infrastructure construction,and application system construction in 10 hospitals in Beijing.Results Among the three types of informatization construction projects,namely,overall relocation of hospitals,new branch hospital districts and reconstruction and expansion of existing hospital districts,the overall relocation project has the widest scope and relatively the most investment,the overall difference in capital investment of the latter two types of projects is not significant,and the average value of the investment share of each subcategory of the three types of projects is not significantly different.Conclusion Research hospital network information security construction investment ratio is insufficient,the application system construction from the medical information industry rating evaluation standard high level requirements still exists in a certain gap which need to be strengthened.
