摘要
目的 落实国家临床路径管理要求,解决当前临床路径管理信息系统存在的问题,满足临床医护及管理部门需求.方法 以业务协同、数据互通、操作便捷为原则,采用与医院信息系统(H I S)、电子病历(EMR)等已有系统集成的方案,开发并上线一体化临床路径管理信息系统.结果 开发了一体化临床路径管理信息系统,其中改造集成既有系统13项功能、新增12项功能,实现了应用一体化、界面集成化、数据共享化,满足了路径管理用户、路径实施用户、路径评价用户3种角色使用需求.结论 一体化临床路径管理信息系统开发成本和维护难度较低,操作体验和实用功能广受认可,显著改善了临床路径各项管理指标,有助于提高医院管理成效,但其智能化水平仍有待提高.
Abstract
Objective To develop a clinical pathway management information system(CPMIS)to implement the national clinical path management requirements,solve the problems existing in the current clinical path management information system,and meet the needs of clinical care and management departments.Methods An integrated CPMIS was designed based on principles of harmony,interconnectivity and convenience,which was appropriately integrated with HIS,EMR,etc.Results The integrated CPMIS developed 12 new functions and remodeled 13 existing functions in HIS,EMR,etc.The CPMIS fully achieved the intention of application integration,interface integration,and data sharing,and efficiently met the needs of decision maker,medical worker and monitor evaluator.Conclusion The integrated CPMIS had low development cost and maintenance difficulty,excellent user satisfaction and practical function.Integration design of CPMIS could significantly improve clinical pathway management indicators,and helps to improve the effectiveness of hospital management,but its intelligence level still needs to be improved.
