Construction and Application of Full-course Medical Management Platform for Sleep Disorders
Objective Around the traditional diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders,there are problems such as poor compliance of patients,low efficiency in the treatment and management of patients,etc.This study construct a full-course therapy and management platform that covers the entire disease course of"before diagnosis,during diagnosis,after diagnosis,in-hospital,and out-of-hospital"for patients with sleep disorders.Methods Based on evidence-based medicine,using digital technology to develop modern therapeutic intervention platforms,utilizing new generation information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence to reconstruct healthcare service processes.Results The platform provides an online full-course closed-loop digital diagnosis and treatment service for patients with sleep disorders.It has realized the functions of appointment registration,online consultation,intelligent pre-diagnosis inquiry,online cognitive rehabilitation training,sleep and medication diary,sleep assessment,intelligent follow-up,etc.Conclusion The application of this platform has improved the efficiency of medical services for sleep disorders and patient compliance,while providing doctors with intelligent assisted diagnosis,personalized treatment plan recommendation,polysomnographic appointment scheduling and report management,and other features.This has enhanced the efficiency of doctor's diagnosis and treatment,making it valuable for promotion.
