目的 为加强和提高疾控机构实验室能力建设和管理水平提供信息化支撑.方法 基于JavaEE技术体系及三层结构,设计并开发天津市智慧疾控实验室信息管理系统(包括实验检测过程管理、质量体系管理、资源与安全管理,配置信息管理四大类功能模块).结果 该系统整合疾控系统实验室管理信息,具有业务便捷受理、任务自动分派、原始记录关联、结果快速录入、报告智能撰写等功能,上线运行后实现了疾控实验室检测智慧化、管理规范化.结论 实现了病原微生物、卫生产品、放射个人剂量实验检测流程管理,满足了网络安全三级等级保护要求,提高了疾控实验室规范化、智慧化管理能力和水平.
Design and Implementation of Intelligence Disease Control Laboratory Information Management System in Tianjin
Objective To provide information support for strengthening and improving laboratory capacity building and management level of disease control institutions.Methods Based on JavaEE technology and three-layer structure development,we design and develop Tianjin intelligent disease control laboratory information management system which has four functional modules including test process management,quality system management,resource and security management and configuration information management.Results The system integrates the laboratory management information of the disease control,which have the functions of convenient service acceptance,automatic task assignment,original record association,rapid result entry,intelligent report writing,etc.After on-line operation,the system realized intelligent testing and standardized management of disease control laboratories.Conclusion Realizing overall testing process management of pathogenic microorganism,health products,radiation personal dose,meeting the requirements of Level 3 network security protection and also improving the standardized and intelligent management ability and level of disease control laboratories and the informatization construction level of our laboratories.
