Research on the Construction of Regional Health Performance Evaluation Index System
Objective To construct a regional health performance evaluation index system from the perspective of"healthy China"to provide reference for regional health performance evaluation.Methods The system framework was constructed through literature analysis and group discussion,two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted,and 32 experts from health management departments,medical institutions and academia were invited to construct the regional health performance evaluation index system.Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaire was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.83.Finally,a regional health performance evaluation index system was formed under the background of"Healthy China",which included 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 57 third-level indicators.Conclusion The index system established by Delphi method is scientific and reliable,and can provide reference for evaluating regional health performance.In the performance assessment of regional health,we should focus on health services,consolidate the existing advantages of disease prevention,take into account the work in other health-related fields,and promote the coordinated development of various fields.
