Research on the Influencing Factors of the Popularity of Chronic Diseases Doctors in the Internet Medical Platform
Objective To study the influencing factors of physicians'popularity in chronic disease physician-patient communication on the Internet medical platform,and analyze the moderating effect of physicians'titles.Methods The participation behavior information of 2,184 registered physicians in the diabetes section of a typical Internet medical platform in China was captured,and variables were extracted for GLM regression and moderating effect analysis,to study the influencing mechanism of physicians'popularity.Results The amount of online treatment(β=0.668),online visits(β=0.741),physician-patient interaction(β=0.831)and professionalism(β=0.184)have significant positive effects on the popularity of physicians.The professional titles of physicians plays a moderating role in the above influence relationship.The online visits and physician-patient interaction of physicians above the deputy director level have a greater influence on their popularity,the online consultation volume and doctor-patient interaction of attending physicians have a greater influence on their popularity,and the online consultation volume and online visits of general physicians have a greater influence on their popularity.Conclusion There is a certain gap in the participation behavior of doctors in different provinces in the Internet medical platform,and the participation behavior of physicians has a significant positive impact on their popularity.The influential factors of the popularity of physicians with different professional titles are different,and corresponding measures can be taken according to different professional titles.
