Research on Data Security Multi-dimensional Grading Weighting Model of Electronic Medical Records
Objective This research aims to explore a data security multi-dimensional grading weighting model that is designed to calculate the grading levels of electronic medical records. Methods Adhering to the "Guidelines for Classification and Grading of Healthcare Industry Data (Trial Version)",by quantifying the grading factors of electronic medical records, data size, impact objects and impact extent in case of data breaches, different weights are assigned to these factors. A grading calculation model tailored to structured data is established. Results Validation of the grading calculation model records revealed that the grading results of electronic medical records align with the criteria outlined in the "Guidelines for Classification and Grading of Healthcare Industry Data (Trial Version)." Conclusion The proposed data security multi-dimensional grading weighting model can serve as a reference for grading and determining the security levels of electronic medical records,it supports the orderly opening and sharing of healthcare data, further unlocking the value of these data.
