摘要
目的 探讨省内跨域跨机构检查检验结果共享互认信息平台设计、建设过程、关键技术、应用实践及其成效,总结实践经验.方法 利用数据标准化、接口规范化、建立中间平台等方法解决共享互认问题,并进一步明确互认医疗机构的范围、诊疗项目、技术标准,以及数据采集、传输、存储和共享的流程.结果 通过构建和应用检查检验结果共享互认信息平台,实现了省内跨域跨机构检查检验结果的快速共享与互认,有效提高了医疗资源的利用效率,减轻了患者的经济负担,改善了就医体验.结论 省内跨域跨机构检查检验共享互认信息平台的建设和推广应用,具有重大的经济效益,但需持续优化平台功能,不断提升平台的社会效益,确保其长远发展.
Abstract
Objective Explore the design,construction process,key technologies,application practices,and effectiveness of a mutual recognition information platform for inspection and testing results,summarize practical experience,and apply it within a province. Methods By using methods such as data standardization,interface standardization,and establishing intermediate platforms,we can solve the problem of sharing and mutual recognition,and further clarify the scope,diagnosis and treatment projects,technical standards of mutually recognized medical institutions,as well as the process of data collection,transmission,storage,and sharing. Results By building an information platform,rapid sharing and mutual recognition of inspection and testing results across regions and institutions within the province have been achieved,effectively improving the utilization efficiency of medical resources,reducing the economic burden on patients,and enhancing the medical experience. Conclusion We should promote the construction and application of inspection,testing,sharing,and mutual recognition platforms,which have significant economic benefits. However,it is necessary to continuously optimize the platform's functions,enhance its social benefits,and ensure its long-term development.
