区域智慧心电中心平台设计与实现

目的 解决多区域内不同医疗机构心电图报告水平差异,以及既往心电检查场景下出现的信息断点等问题,实现心电检查全流程数字化.方法 依托院内心电诊断系统,统一数据接入标准与网络准入策略,设计智慧心电中心平台的架构和功能并上线运行.结果 智慧心电中心平台系统优化原有业务流程,支持多种设备数据导入,覆盖院内外多场景多区域间的心电检查,解决了既往业务流程中信息断点与数据共享难题,保证了区域间心电检查服务的同质化与实时性.结论 智慧心电中心平台为跨区域多中心间的心电图检查集中诊断提供了技术支持,为优化医疗资源利用奠定了基础.
Design and Implementation of Regional Smart ECG Center Platform
Objective To solve the problems such as the difference of ECG reporting level in different medical institutions in multiple regions and the information breakpoints in previous ECG examination scenes,realize the digitization of the whole ECG examination process. Methods The architecture and functions of the intelligent ECG center platform were designed based on the hospital ECG diagnosis system,unified data access standard and network access strategy. Results The intelligent ECG center platform system optimized the original business process,supported the data import of various devices,covered the ECG examination in multiple scenes and regions inside and outside the hospital,solved the information breakpoints and data sharing problems in the previous business process,and ensured the homogeneity and real-time performance of the ECG examination between regions. Conclusion The intelligent ECG center platform provides technical means for the centralized diagnosis of electrocardiogram examination between multi-centers in different regions,and lays a foundation for optimizing the utilization of medical resources.
