Practice and Reflection on Data Integration for Mutual Recognition of Examination and Test Results in Beijing
Objective Strengthen data sharing and interoperability among medical institutions,utilize information technology to achieve mutual recognition of regional examination and testing results,shorten patients' medical treatment time,and improve diagnosis and treatment efficiency. Methods Based on the Beijing Municipal Health Commission's inspection and testing results sharing and mutual recognition platform,and in accordance with the requirements of the medical government department,a loose coupling scheme is adopted to connect with the municipal level sharing and mutual recognition platform to improve mutual recognition efficiency and ensure business continuity. Results The design and practice of information system transformation for data sharing,uploading,downloading,and mutual recognition processes within the hospital have been achieved. With the gradual increase of shared data,the download volume of shared data and mutual recognition of results among patients have significantly increased. Conclusion This practice has shown that data standardization is the foundation of mutual recognition work. When designing the system functions within the hospital,it is necessary to ensure business continuity,traceability,and data consistency in all aspects,while also considering the ease and convenience of doctor operations. Through information technology,patient satisfaction can be continuously improved.
