Objective To explore the crux of unified data and business coordination construction in multi-campus hospitals and to propose construction strategies and practical experience. Methods Taking Sheshan Hospital of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University as an example,combined with the actual operational needs of the hospital,the current problems of information systems in the multi-campus hospitals are analyzed and a primary functional construction strategy is established. Results Data unified,business collaboration,and standardized management between the branch and main hospital information systems are realized,to a certain degree. The operational efficiency and economic benefits of hospitals are improved. Conclusions The construction of data unified and business coordination in multi-campus hospitals improves the efficiency of medical services,provide personalized medical care for patients,and further drive innovation and development of medical industry.
