Application of Internet Hospital Whole Course Management Model in Specific Diseases Patient Health Management
Objective To explore the application effect of the whole-course management model of Internet hospital in the health management of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods This study used class experimental research, selected 38 NAFLD patients from March to May 2022 as the control group according to the NAFLD criteria, and used conventional continuation of care methods to carry out health management, and selected 38 NAFLD patients from June to August 2022 as the experimental group, and used the Internet hospital whole-course management mode to carry out management. And the patients' liver function (AST,ALT),liver fibrosis noninvasive test (CAP value) and chronic disease self-management (exercise habit management measurements, healthcare measurements) were assessed before intervention,1 month and 3 months after intervention, respectively. Statistical analysis was performed using independent samples t-test and repeated measures ANOVA. Results After 1 month of intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of ALT,AST,CAP values, exercise habit management measurements, and healthcare measurements (P>0.05);after 3 months of intervention, exercise habit and healthcare measurements of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the CAP,AST,and ALT values of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Internet hospital whole-course management model on the health management of NAFLD is better than the conventional continuation of care method.
