Exploration and Application of Document Management Model for Hospital Informatization Projects
Objective To explore the document management mode of hospital informatization projects,leverage the information value of project documents,and improve the quality and efficiency of project construction and management. Methods Based on the characteristics of hospital informatization projects and industry standards,this study explores and establishes a project document management model by defining the scope of project document management,establishing a directory structure,setting up management positions,improving the responsibility chain,selecting management tools,and clarifying management requirements. Results Establish a project document management system,with an average of 183.33 archived files per month. Categorize project resources across all elements,precipitate project documents throughout the entire cycle,standardize project management throughout the entire process,and promote standardized construction of projects and sustainable development of the organization. Conclusion The project document management model of system science plays a positive role in project construction and management.
