摘要
目的 针对疾控数据资源的有效管理、分类分级、共享开放、合理应用的业务需求,探讨疾控数据资源的管理方法与平台设计.方法 提出包括数据采集、数据存储、数据治理、数据分析、数据分类分级和数据应用在内的数据全生命周期管理共享方案,融合数据治理与机器学习等技术建设疾控数据资源管理共享平台.结果 疾控数据资源管理共享平台实现了数据归口管理、数据治理、分类分级、数据共享开放和应用.结论 通过数据资源管理共享方案指导建设的疾控数据资源管理共享平台,为数据统一管理、分类分级、开放共享提供了比较成熟、可复制的经验模式.
Abstract
Objective In response to the business needs of effectively managing,classification and categorization,open and sharing,and rational application,to explore the management method and platform design of disease control data resources. Methods The proposal includes a comprehensive data lifecycle management and sharing solution,including data collection,data storage,data governance,data analysis,data classification and categorization,and data application;the CDC's data resource management and sharing platform was built by integrating data governance with machine learning technologies. Results The CDC's data resource management and sharing platform has achieved centralized management of data,data governance,classification and categorization,data sharing and openness,and application. Conclusion The CDC' data resource management and sharing platform,which was built under the guidance of the data resource management and sharing solution,provides a relatively mature and replicable experience model for unified management,classification and categorization,and openness and sharing of data.
