医院信息系统创新性使用行为发展轨迹及影响因素研究

目的 探讨医护人员信息系统创新性使用行为发展轨迹,分析其预测因素,为提高信息系统价值及医疗服务质量提供依据.方法 2017年10月至2023年10月,整群抽取2家三级医院的临床医护人员为研究对象,每隔3年进行1次医护人员创新性使用行为、组织文化追踪调查,使用潜变量增长混合模型识别医护人员信息系统创新性使用行为发展轨迹,采用logistic回归分析其影响因素.结果 医护人员信息系统创新性使用行为发展轨迹整体呈上升趋势且存在异质性,可分为"稳定组"(50.9%)和"上升组"(49.1%)2个亚组.logistic回归分析显示,医护人员对计算机的兴趣程度越高、参加过信息系统相关培训、组织文化评分越高,其信息系统创新性使用行为评分越高.结论 医院应重视医护人员信息系统创新性使用行为发展轨迹的异质性,引导数字化兴趣人才进行创新,开展专业化培训,通过充分授权、倾听等途径开展组织文化建设,提升医护人员信息系统创新性使用行为.
Study on Development Trajectory and Influencing Factors of Innovative use of the Hospital Information System
Objective To investigate development trajectory of innovative use of information system in medical workers,and analyze its influencing factors,to provide the basis for improving the value of information system and the quality of medical service. Methods From October 2017 to October 2023,cluster sampling was used to select clinical medical staff from two tertiary hospitals to conduct a follow-up survey on innovative use behavior and organizational culture tracking of medical staff every three years. Latent growth mixture model was used to identify the development trajectory of innovative use of information system in medical staff,and logistic regression was used to analyze its influencing factors. Results There was a rising trend and heterogeneity in the innovative use behavior trajectory of information system in medical staff,which could be divided into two subgroups:"stable group"(50.9%) and"rising group"(49.1%) . Logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the level of interested in computer,participated in information system related training and the higher the score of organizational culture,the higher the score of the medical staff's innovative use behavior of information system . Conclusion The hospital should pay attention to the heterogeneity of the development trajectory of the innovative use behavior of information system in the medical staff,guide the digital talents to innovate,and carry out specialized training,the construction of organizational culture should be carried out by means of full authorization and listening,so as to promote the innovative use of information system in medical staff.
