摘要
习近平总书记始终高度关注文艺与文化问题.《在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》确立了新时代党的文艺工作的基本思路、框架与目标,具有重要的指导意义.《讲话》始终将对文艺问题的思考放在宏大的文化背景中进行考察,这是《讲话》突出的方法论特色.《讲话》中强调的"文化自觉"进一步凝结为"三种文化",明确了新时代文化主体性的构成;《讲话》中高度关注的"传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化"提升为"第二个结合",成为新时代文化建设的基本方法;《讲话》中提出的"文艺是世界语言"的重要论断与"文明互鉴"相互会通,体现出宏阔的文化视野和世界性眼光.
Abstract
Chinese President and general secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee Xi Jinping has consistently placed great emphasis on issues related to literature,art and culture.His speech at the Forum on Literature and Art in 2014 established the foundational ideas,framework and objectives for the Party's literary and artistic work in the new era,serving as a crucial guide.This speech is notable for its methodological approach,examining literary and artistic issues within a broad cultural context a feature that profoundly influences the exploration of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture in the new era.The speech's emphasis on"cultural consciousness"has further developed into the concept of"three types of culture,"clarifying the composition of cultural subjectivity in the new era.Additionally,the speech's focus on"carrying forward and developing the fine traditional Chinese culture"has evolved into the"second integra-tion,"which now stands as a fundamental approach to cultural development in the new era.Mo-reover,the assertion that"art is a universal language"aligns with the idea of"mutual learning a-mong civilizations,"reflecting a broad cultural perspective and a global outlook.
