"古代文论的现代转换"并不是要建立一个纸面上的理论体系,而是要让传统话语在当代生活中找到自己的位置,这取决于当下的需要,关键是立足于中国当代问题意识去发现传统.传统有待于当下眼光的照亮,也有赖于一种创造性阐释的意识,即以同情性理解的态度替古人说出他们没有说出的话.文化传统只有寓于对话之中才能不断地生出新的意义,并以这种方式活在当下.那种主客二元论思维模式下的现代转换是不可能发生的.
Abstract
The"modern transformation of ancient literary theory"is not about constructing a theoretical framework on paper but about finding a place for traditional discourse within contem-porary life.This process depends on the needs of the moment,and is rooted in addressing con-temporary issues with an awareness of tradition.Tradition requires the illumination of present-day perspectives and a mindset of creative interpretation,which involves sympathetically under-standing and expressing what the ancients left unsaid.Cultural traditions can only take on new meanings through ongoing dialogue,and,in this way,remain relevant today.A modern trans-formation rooted in a dualistic subject-object mindset is therefore,impossible.
