There are some different viewpoints on"Yimeishuhe(以枚数阖)"and"Zhiqimeishu(识其枚数)"appeared in the 18th year of Xianggong(襄公)and the 21st year of Xianggong of Zuozhuan(《左传》),which involve not only the understanding of the Zhuan(《传》),but also the understanding and evaluation of Du Yu's annotation(杜注).In fact,the character"Mei(枚)"in two places in Zuozhuan(《左传》)is the error of the character"Ban(板)",and the process also involves the error of the character"Zhang(杖)".The character"Mei(枚)"explained with Mazhua(马檛)by Du Yu should be the error of the character"Zhang(杖)".To understand the text with the character"Ban(板)"is more logical than the previous interpretation.
