脑小血管病(CSVD)是一组累及小动脉、小静脉和毛细血管的高异质性脑血管疾病.不同于大血管疾病,在体内直接监测CSVD的发展过程仍然是个不小的挑战.此外,由于CSVD的复杂性,其发病机制尚未完全阐明,仍然缺乏有效的治疗方法.因此,该文对近年来众多CSVD动物模型的特点及优缺点进行整理与分析,以期共同探索今后CSVD治疗的研究方向.
Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a group of highly heterogeneous cerebrovascular diseases involving arterioles,venules,and capillaries.Unlike macrovascular disease,direct monitoring of CSVD progression in vivo remains a challenge.In addition,due to the complexity of CSVD,its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated,and there is still a lack of effective treatment.Therefore,in this paper,the characteristics,advantages,and disadvantages of many CSVD animal models in recent years were sorted out and analyzed,in order to jointly explore the future research direction of CSVD treatment.
