Analysis of application value of multi-slice spiral CT in clinical staging of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer
Objective To analyze the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in clinical staging of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer. Methods 80 gastric cancer patients were selected as the research subjects. The researchers performed multi-slice spiral CT and pathological histology examination on the patients before neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard to analyze the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in judging the TNM stage of gastric cancer patients. Results The accuracy of T stage diagnosis by multi-slice spiral CT was 97.50%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with pathological histology examination(P>0.05).The accuracy rate of N stage diagnosis by multi-slice spiral CT was 96.25%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with pathological histology examination(P>0.05).The accuracy of M stage diagnosis by multi-slice spiral CT was 100.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with pathological histology examination(P>0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of gastric cancer is closely related to many factors. The application of multi-slice spiral CT before neoadjuvant chemotherapy has high diagnostic accuracy. The application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients in the middle and late stag can obtain good results, and has application value, which is worthy of promotion.
