目的 探讨寒凝血瘀型子宫腺肌症经期腹痛患者采取龙火罐联合穴位贴敷治疗的疗效。方法 选取 60 例寒凝血瘀型子宫腺肌症经期腹痛患者，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组 30 例。对照组患者口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗，试验组患者在对照组基础上采取龙火罐联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果，治疗前后痛经症状评分，治疗安全性评定分级。结果 试验组患者临床总有效率为 96。67%，显著高于对照组的 53。33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗前，两组患者的痛经症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);治疗后，试验组患者痛经症状评分为(5。21±0。17)分，低于对照组的(8。35±0。14)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。试验组治疗安全性评定 1 级 15 例(50。00%)，2 级10例(33。33%)，3级3例(10。00%)，4级2例(6。67%);对照组治疗安全性评定1级5例(16。67%)，2级10例(33。33%)，3 级 13 例(43。33%)，4 级 2 例(6。67%);试验组治疗安全性评定分级优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 龙火罐联合穴位贴敷对寒凝血瘀型子宫腺肌症经期腹痛患者的恢复效果显著，值得推广。
Discussion on the therapeutic effect of Longhuo cupping combined with acupoint application on patients with menstrual abdominal pain of adenomyosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Longhuo cupping combined with acupoint application on patients with menstrual abdominal pain of adenomyosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients with menstrual abdominal pain of adenomyosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules orally,and the experimental group was treated with Longhuo cupping and acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,dysmenorrhea symptom score before and after treatment,and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of 53.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in dysmenorrhea symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the dysmenorrhea symptom score in the experimental group was(5.21±0.17)points,which was lower than that of(8.35±0.14)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,15 cases(50.00%)had treatment safety in grade 1,10 cases(33.33%)in grade 2,3 cases(10.00%)in grade 3,and 2 cases(6.67%)in grade 4;in the control group,5 cases(16.67%)had treatment safety in grade 1,10 cases(33.33%)in grade 2,13 cases(43.33%)in grade 3,and 2 cases(6.67%)in grade 4.The treatment safety rating of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Longhuo cupping combined with acupoint application has a significant recovery effect on patients with menstrual abdominal pain of adenomyosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,which is worthy of promotion.
