中药治疗骨质疏松性骨折有效性的系统评价

目的 系统评价中药治疗骨质疏松性骨折的有效性。方法 计算机检索以下数据库从建库至 2022 年 6 月所有全文参考文献，发表在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、科学引文索引(SCI)等中英文数据库中包含中药治疗骨质疏松性骨折的临床随机对照研究文献，进行中药治疗骨质疏松性骨折的临床有效性、文献发表偏倚分析。结果 与常规药物治疗相比，中药联合常规药物治疗骨质疏松性骨折的临床有效性显著[OR=0。04，95%CI=(0。02，0。06)，P<0。05]，其中，中药主要涵盖了仙灵骨葆胶囊[OR=0。05，95%CI=(-0。02，0。11)，P<0。05]、抗骨增生片[OR=0。09，95%CI=(0。05，0。13)，P<0。05]、强骨胶囊[OR=0。08，95%CI=(0。03，0。14)，P<0。05]、龙牡壮骨颗粒[OR=0。03，95%CI=(-0。03，0。09)，P<0。05]、骨愈灵[OR=0。06，95%CI=(0。02，0。14)，P<0。05]、藤黄健骨片[OR=0。12，95%CI=(0。04，0。28)，P<0。05]。针对样本指标评价数量>15 个的临床有效性进行偏倚分析，两侧的性状不对称，提示结果具有一定的发表偏倚。结论 本研究中的系统评价未能得出中药治疗骨质疏松性固执的显著有效性的结论，仍然需要后期进一步扩充文献数量和质量，统一研究方法，提高临床研究数据的准确性，以达到证实中药在骨质疏松性骨折治疗中的有效性评价的目的。
Systematic review of the effectiveness of Chinese medicine in treating osteoporotic fracture
Objective To systematically review the effectiveness of Chinese medicine in treating osteoporotic fracture.Methods Searched all full-text references in the following database from inception to June 2022,published in Chinese and English databases such as the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Journal Integration Platform,China biology medicine disc,Science Citation Index(SCI)and so on,including clinical randomized controlled studies on the treatment of osteoporotic fractures with Chinese medicine.The clinical effectiveness and publication bias of Chinese medicine in treating osteoporotic fracture was analyzed.Results Compared with conventional drugs,Chinese medicine combined with conventional drugs showed significant clinical effectiveness in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures[OR=0.04,95%CI=(0.02,0.06),P<0.05].Among them,Chinese medicine mainly included Xianling Gubao capsule[OR=0.05,95%CI=(-0.02,0.11),P<0.05],Kanggu Zengsheng tablets[OR=0.09,95%CI=(0.05,0.13),P<0.05],Qianggu capsules[OR=0.08,95%CI=(0.03,0.14),P<0.05],Longmu Zhuanggu granules[OR=0.03,95%CI=(-0.03,0.09),P<0.05],Guyuling[OR=0.06,95%CI=(0.02,0.14),P<0.05],Tenghuan Jiangu tablet[OR=0.12,95%CI=(0.04,0.28),P<0.05].Bias analysis was performed on the clinical effectiveness of the evaluated number of sample indicators>15.The asymmetry of traits on both sides of the figure suggested that the results had certain publication bias.Conclusion The systematic review in this study failed to reach a conclusion on the significant effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture.It is still necessary to further expand the quantity and quality of literature,unify research methods,and improve the accuracy of clinical research data in the later stage,so as to confirm the effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures.
