The effect of Jianpi Zishen Decoction on serum inflammatory factors,coagulation function and immune function of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus
Objective To explore the effects of Jianpi Zishen Decoction on serum inflammatory factors,coagulation function and immune function of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 86 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random numerical table,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received Jianpi Zishen Decoction treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,immunoglobulin A(IgA)of(1.64±0.53)g/L and immunoglobulin G(IgG)of(10.28±2.39)g/L in the observation group were lower than those of(2.05±0.72)and(12.43±1.52)g/L in the control group;the complement C3 and C4 were(106.31±12.17)and(21.94±5.32)mg/L in the observation group,which were higher than those of(90.36±11.87)and(18.37±4.62)mg/L in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in immunoglobulin M(IgM)level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,thrombin time(TT)of(18.74±1.17)s in the observation group was shorter than that of(20.29±1.73)s in the control group;fibrinogen(FIB)level of(3.41±0.35)g/L in the observation group was lower than that of(4.16±0.48)g/L in the control group;prothrombin time(PT)of(12.19±0.47)s and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)of(32.39±1.83)s in the observation group were longer than those of(10.75±0.61)and(29.78±1.75)s in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)of(4.31±1.71)mg/L and interleukin-6(IL-6)of(24.07±5.03)pg/ml in the observation group were lower than those of(6.86±1.59)mg/L and(35.52±4.16)pg/ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Zishen Decoction is help to improve the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and improve the immune function and coagulation function,which is worth promoting.
