Analysis of the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice
Objective To study the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice. Methods A total of 2000 cases of antimicrobial drug use were selected, with 1000 cases in 2020 and 1000 cases in 2021.Patients in 2020 received conventional pharmaceutical care, and patients in 2021 received clinical pharmaceutical care. The events of antimicrobial adverse drug use in the two years were analyzed. The incidence of adverse drug use of antimicrobial agent, score of drug administration quality and patient satisfaction with services were compared between 2020 and 2021.Results The incidence of adverse drug use of antimicrobial agents in 2021 was 21.90%,which was lower than that of 47.10%in 2020(P<0.05).In 2021,the standard score of antibiotic storage was(90.31±3.17)points,the standard score of placement was(96.62±2.14)points,the score of drug delivery time was(95.37±2.56)points,and the score of expired drugs handling was(92.19±3.07)points,which were higher than those of(72.66±3.23),(78.41±2.29),(74.69±2.48)and(74.87±2.69)points in 2020(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction with service was 99.90%in 2021,which was significantly higher than that of 99.00%in 2020(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of pharmaceutical intervention into clinical medication can reduce the incidence of adverse drug use of antimicrobial agent, which contains the value of promotion.
