The pathogenesis of joint stiffness after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery and the progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment
Rotator cuff(RC)injury is a common shoulder joint disease in clinical practice, and its incidence is increasing with the age of people. For patients with poor conservative treatment, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair(ARCR)surgery with advantages such as less trauma and faster recovery is often used clinically, and then the frequent postoperative complications of joint stiffness directly affect the surgical treatment effect and even lead to surgical failure.By searching the relevant literature, this paper discusses the related pathogenesis and the current common clinical treatment methods,in order to provide new ideas to improve postoperative joint stiffness.
