Study on the effect of losartan potassium combined with beraprost sodium in patients with early diabetes nephropathy
Objective To analyze the effect of losartan potassium combined with beraprost sodium in patients with early diabetes nephropathy(DN).Methods 102 patients with early DN were divided into a control group(51 cases)and a study group(51 cases)using a random numerical table. The control group was treated with losartan potassium, while the study group was treated with beraprost sodium on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, renal function indexes[serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood uric acid(BUA)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of 96.08%in the study group was higher than that of 80.39%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no difference in SCr,BUN and BUA levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,SCr of(105.65±24.47)μmol/L,BUN of(7.28±1.52)mmol/L,BUA of(448.27±29.60)μmol/L in the study group were lower than those of(141.70±26.68)μmol/L,(8.70±1.98)mmol/L,(486.19±30.57)μmol/L in the control group(t=7.111,4.063,6.364;P=0.000,0.000<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Losartan potassium combined with beraprost sodium is effective in the treatment of early DN,and can effectively improve the renal function of patients. It is safe and suitable for clinical application.
