Application value analysis of phloroglucinol in cervical softening before hysteroscopic surgery
Objective To observe the application value of phloroglucinol in cervical softening before hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 80 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received preoperative treatment of misoprostol before operation, and the study group received intravenous injection of phloroglucinol before operation.Comparison was made on the cervical dilation time, surgical time, pain score during cervical dilation, degree of cervical dilation during surgery, adverse reactions during surgery, and patient satisfaction with cervical softening between two groups of patients. Results The study group had shorter cervical dilation time of(39.64±2.77)min and surgical time of(19.35±1.76)min compared to(122.97±3.11)and(23.96±2.81)min in the control group, while the pain score during cervical dilation of(1.67±0.25)points in the study group was lower than(3.06±0.77)points in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total softening rate of cervical dilation during surgery was 100.00%in the study group, which was higher than 82.50%in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during surgery in the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group;and their satisfaction with cervical softening was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During cervical softening before hysteroscopic surgery, the use of phloroglucinol can significantly shorten the patient's cervical dilation and surgical time, reduce the severity of pain during cervical dilation, improve the degree of cervical dilation, reduce adverse reactions, enhance patient satisfaction, and achieve ideal results.
