摘要
目的 研究连花清瘟颗粒治疗流行性感冒的临床疗效.方法 370 例流行性感冒患者,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(182 例)和观察组(188 例).对照组患者给予磷酸奥司他韦颗粒进行治疗,观察组患者给予连花清瘟颗粒进行治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及症状恢复时间.结果 观察组(90.43%)的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(80.77%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组(6.38%)和对照组(5.49%)的不良反应发生率差异不显著(P＞0.05).观察组的体温恢复正常时间(3.51±0.69)d、鼻塞消失时间(3.40±0.66)d、咳嗽消失时间(3.31±0.65)d、乏力恢复正常时间(3.47±0.68)d明显比对照组的(3.72±0.71)、(3.57±0.68)、(3.45±0.66)、(3.69±0.70)d短,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 连花清瘟颗粒治疗流行性感冒患者效果显著,可明显缩短患者临床症状恢复时间,且用药安全,值得推荐.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen Granules in treating influenza.Methods 370 patients with influenza were divided into a control group(182 cases)and an observation group(188 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules,and the observation group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen Granules.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recovery time of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(90.43%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(6.38%)and the control group(5.49%)(P＞0.05).In the observation group,the time of body temperature returned to normal was(3.51±0.69)d,the disappearance time of nasal congestion was(3.40±0.66)d,the cough disappearance time was(3.31±0.65)d and the fatigue recovery time was(3.47±0.68)d,which were significantly shorter than those of(3.72±0.71),(3.57±0.68)and(3.45±0.66),(3.69±0.70)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen Granule is effective in the treatment of influenza patients,can significantly shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms,and is safe to use,which is worthy of recommendation.
