IMB模型康复训练模式应用于脑卒中患者的临床效果探讨

目的 分析信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB)康复训练模式应用于脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法 68 例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组 34 例。对照组给予常规康复训练,研究组给予IMB模型康复训练。比较两组患者依从性、满意度以及训练前后的神经功能缺损、肢体功能、日常生活能力、生活质量评分。结果 研究组患者对于训练的依从性 97。06%及对于训练的满意度 100。00%均高于对照组的 76。47%、82。35%(P<0。05)。训练后,两组患者神经功能缺损评分较训练前降低,肢体功能恢复、日常生活能力评分较训练前升高,且研究组神经功能缺损评分(20。71±4。25)分低于对照组的(26。08±5。34)分,肢体平衡评分(11。48±1。13)分、上肢功能评分(56。51±2。48)分、下肢功能评分(25。58±5。73)分、日常生活能力评分(16。19±2。21)分均高于对照组的(9。81±1。19)、(50。42±2。06)、(22。42±4。91)、(12。04±1。31)分(P<0。05)。训练后,两组患者总体健康、精神健康、情感职能、生理职能、生理功能、社会功能评分均高于训练前,且研究组患者总体健康评分(92。01±2。92)分、精神健康评分(95。53±3。86)分、情感职能评分(94。41±2。06)分、生理职能评分(94。47±3。36)分、生理功能评分(93。87±2。18)分、社会功能评分(96。72±3。21)分均高于对照组的(87。02±6。35)、(89。47±5。97)、(90。49±4。03)、(89。99±4。58)、(88。10±3。20)、(92。45±4。96)分(P<0。05)。结论 对脑卒中患者实施IMB模型康复训练模式,可减轻患者神经功能缺损严重程度,显著提升患者对于训练的依从性以及肢体功能恢复能力,改善患者的日常生活能力及生活质量,获得患者满意度较高,效果理想。
The clinical effect of IMB model based rehabilitation training on stroke patients
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model based rehabilitation training on stroke patients.Methods 68 stroke patients were studied and divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the study group was given IMB model based rehabilitation training.The compliance,satisfaction,scores of neurological deficit,limb function,activities of daily living and quality of life before and after training were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance and satisfaction with training in the study group were 97.06%and 100.00%,which were higher than 76.47%and 82.35%in the control group(P<0.05).After training,the score of neurological deficit in both groups decreased,the score of recovery of limb function,activities of daily living increased;and the score of neurological deficit of(20.71±4.25)points in the study group was lower than(26.08±5.34)points in the control group;the limb balance score in the study group was(11.48±1.13)points,the upper limb function score was(56.51±2.48)points,the lower limb function score was(25.58±5.73)points and the activities of daily living score was(16.19±2.21)points,which were all higher than(9.81±1.19),(50.42±2.06),(22.42±4.91),and(12.04±1.31)points in the control group(P<0.05).After training,the scores of overall health,mental health,role-emotional,role-physical,physical function and social function in both groups were higher than before training;the study group had overall health score of(92.01±2.92)points,mental health score of(95.53±3.86)points,role-emotional score of(94.41±2.06)points,role-physical score of(94.47±3.36)points,physical function score of(93.87±2.18)points and social function score of(96.72±3.21)points,which were higher than(87.02±6.35),(89.47±5.97),(90.49±4.03),(89.99±4.58),(88.10±3.20)and(92.45±4.96)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of IMB model based rehabilitation training has ideal effect on stroke patients,which can reduce the severity of neurological deficit,significantly improve patients'compliance with training and recovery of limb function,improve patients'activities of daily living and quality of life with high patient satisfaction.
