Analysis of the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on stroke patients after tracheotomy
Objective To evaluate the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on stroke patients after tracheotomy. Methods 80 patients with stroke who underwent tracheotomy were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group received comprehensive rehabilitation training, and the control group received routine guidance and rehabilitation advice. The walking ability, balance ability, and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of walking ability, balance ability and daily living ability of the experimental group were(6.2±1.4),(7.3±1.6)and(7.8±1.2)points,respectively,which were higher than(4.8±1.2),(5.6±1.1)and(6.2±1.4)points of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training has a significant effect on stroke patients after tracheotomy, which can promote the recovery of physical function and improve the quality of life of patients. Therefore,it is suggested that comprehensive rehabilitation training should be widely used in clinical practice to promote the rehabilitation process of stroke patients after tracheotomy.
