Analysis of the effect of using Fenmoston to prevent intrauterine adhesions after high-risk induced abortion
Objective To analyze the effect of using trade name:complex packing estradiol tablets/estradioland dydrogesterone tablets(trade name:Fenmoston)to prevent intrauterine adhesions(IUA)after high-risk induced abortion. Methods 66 patients who underwent high-risk induced abortion were selected.According to age, gestational age, gravidity and parity history, uterine malformation, smoking and so on,they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Fenmoston after operation. The hemorheology indexes and interleukin levels before and after treatment, and IUA occurrence were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were(3.58±1.21)and(1.34±0.14)mPa·s,which were lower than(5.67±1.39)and(1.49±0.23)mPa·s of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-18(IL-18)in the observation group were(1003.06±196.66)and(176.32±29.21)ng/L,and those in the control group were(1008.37±193.18)and(175.78±29.45)ng/L.After treatment, the levels of IL-10 and IL-18 were(3102.54±583.27)and(113.15±23.62)ng/L in the observation group,and(2647.63±521.53)and(130.09±18.30)ng/L in the control group. After treatment, the IL-10 level was significantly increased in both groups, and the IL-18 level was significantly decreased in both groups;and the IL-10 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the IL-18 level was lower than that in the control group(t=3.340,3.257;P<0.05).Conclusion Fenmoston is effective and safe in preventing IUA after high-risk induced abortion, which can be used for reference.
