Objective To analyze the effect of Xingpi Yanger Granule combined with montelukast sodium in treating cow's milk protein allergy in children.Methods 94 children with cow's milk protein allergy were divided into the control group and the study group according to a random number table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets,and the study group was treated with Xingpi Yanger Granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and immune factors(CD8+,CD4+)were compared between the two groups.Results In the comparison of total effective rate,the study group(95.74%)was higher than the control group(80.85%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were(7.65±2.03)and(6.28±1.50)pg/ml,which were lower than(15.20±3.05)and(13.23±2.45)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+ level of(48.68±5.50)%in the study group was higher than(44.50±4.86)%in the control group,and CD8+ level of(25.05±2.02)%was lower than(28.64±3.05)%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xingpi Yanger granule and montelukast sodium is effective in the treatment of cow's milk protein allergy in children,which can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction of children,improve their immune function.It is suitable for clinical application.
