Effect of modified Erchen decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influence on quality of life
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Erchen Decoction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given modified Erchen Decoction on the basis of routine treatment. The treatment effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of 98.00%in the observation group was higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of physical function, psychological state, social function and material life of the observation group were(79.6±6.7),(75.4±6.1),(82.6±6.2)and(83.2±5.7)points,which were better than(71.8±6.3),(71.8±4.4),(75.8±6.8)and(76.8±4.1)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Erchen decoction plays an important role in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It can not only promote the remission of patients'condition and the recovery of physical functions, but also effectively improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of further promotion.
