2 cases of acute neurotoxicity caused by intravenous infusion of oxaliplatin
Oxaliplatin is a third-generation platinum-based anticancer drug.Compared with other platinum-based chemotherapy drugs, oxaliplatin has more specific anti-tumor activity in gastrointestinal tumors.Neurotoxic reaction is a common adverse reaction,it has a unique clinical manifestations, its mechanism is not completely clear, and there is a lack of standard effective prevention and treatment methods. In this paper,2 cases of acute neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin are analyzed to explore the factors of neurotoxicity and the prevention and treatment methods to reduce the occurrence of neurotoxicity.
