药师在药事管理工作中的作用分析

目的 探究临床药师明确药事管理责任以及实施精细化药事管理的作用及效果。方法 从2022 年 6 月前本院实施药事管理政策革新前的药学服务对象以及临床药师中各运用随机数字表法抽取 155 例患者和 16 名临床药师作为研究的对照组,从 2022 年 6 月后本院实施药事管理政策革新后的药学服务对象以及临床药师中各运用随机数字表法抽取 155 例患者和 16 名临床药师作为研究的观察组。比较两组患者药学服务不良事件发生率、药师药学服务能力评分、患者对药学服务的满意度评分。结果 观察组患者药学服务不良事件发生率8。39%低于对照组的17。42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组药师服务能力评分、服务态度评分、与临床联动能力评分、药事管理能力评分、风险监控能力评分分别为(92。32±2。36)、(94。27±2。46)、(94。91±0。26)、(94。50±1。31)、(94。60±2。43)分,均高于对照组的(81。23±3。41)、(83。10±4。45)、(82。91±0。34)、(83。01±3。51)、(82。96±5。41)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组患者对药学服务中宣教、用药指导、药事咨询、服务质量的满意度评分分别为(97。27±2。82)、(94。21±3。67)、(94。34±2。27)、(94。26±3。57)分,均高于对照组的(86。35±3。54)、(73。26±2。94)、(78。93±4。73)、(84。26±3。97)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 在临床的药事管理服务中,药师明确自身的职责以及在药事管理中的角色和责任,并进一步强化角色能力和素质,实施精细化的药事管理,可以有效的降低药学服务中不良事件的发生率,并在提高药师自身综合能力素养的同时,提升药学服务对象的满意度。
Analysis of the role of pharmacists in pharmaceutical administration
Objective To explore the role and effect of clinical pharmacists in clarifying the responsibility of pharmacy administration and implementing refined pharmacy administration.Methods A total of 155 patients and 16 clinical pharmacists before the implementation of the pharmacy administration policy innovation in our hospital before June 2022 were selected as the control group of the study by the random number table method.A total of 155 patients and 16 clinical pharmacists after the implementation of the pharmacy administration policy innovation in our hospital after June 2022 were selected as the observation group of the study by the random number table method.The incidence of adverse events of pharmacy services,the score of pharmacists'pharmacy service capabilities,and the patients'satisfaction with pharmacy services were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of adverse events of pharmacy services for patients in the observation group was 8.39%,which was lower than 17.42%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of pharmacists'service ability,service attitude,clinical linkage ability,pharmacy administration ability and risk monitoring ability were(92.32±2.36),(94.27±2.46),(94.91±0.26),(94.50±1.31)and(94.60±2.43)points,which were higher than(81.23±3.41),(83.10±4.45),(82.91±0.34),(83.01±3.51)and(82.96±5.41)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the patients in the observation group for education,medication guidance,pharmacological counseling,and service quality in pharmacy services were(97.27±2.82),(94.21±3.67),(94.34±2.27),and(94.26±3.57)points,which were higher than(86.35±3.54),(73.26±2.94),(78.93±4.73),and(84.26±3.97)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical pharmacy administration services,pharmacists should clarify their responsibilities and roles and responsibilities in pharmacy administration,further strengthen their role capabilities and qualities,and implement refined pharmacy administration,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in pharmacy services,and improve the comprehensive ability and quality of pharmacists,while improving the satisfaction of pharmacy services recipients.
