Influence of temperature control technique on recovery and body temperature of patients in percutaneous ultrasonic lithotripsy
Objective To investigate the influence of temperature control technique on recovery and body temperature of patients in percutaneous ultrasonic lithotripsy. Methods A total of 140 patients with kidney stones who received percutaneous ultrasonic lithotripsis were collected as research subjects, and were divided into a control group and a temperature control group by random number table method, with 70 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention in percutaneous ultrasonic lithotripsy, while the temperature control group received temperature control technique intervention in percutaneous ultrasonic lithotripsy. The postoperative recovery, intraoperative and postoperative temperature, and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The anesthesia extubation time and waking time of temperature control group were(8.54±1.60)and(15.82±2.19)min,which were shorter than(13.21±2.49)and(22.71±4.30)min of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body temperature between the control group and the temperature control group during anesthesia induction stage(P>0.05).The body temperature at 30 min,60 min and postoperatively in the temperature control group were(36.10±0.23),(36.52±0.26)and(36.31±0.20)℃,which were higher than(36.01±0.25),(35.37±0.39)and(35.41±0.22)℃in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative chills, hypothermia and agitation in the temperature control group were 4.29%,0 and 2.86%,which were lower than 15.71%,5.71%and 11.43%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The temperature control technique in percutaneous ultrasonic lithotripsy can effectively avoid excessive hypothermia of patients, help to accelerate postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of anesthesia-related adverse reactions, and is a feasible intraoperative intervention technique.
