Clinical efficacy analysis of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in patients with mixed hemorrhoids
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 205 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were studied and divided into a control group(70 cases)and an observation group(135 cases)according to different surgical methods. The control group was treated with external resection and internal ligation, and the observation group was treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids. The clinical efficacy, operation time, hospital stay, incision healing time, postoperative anal pain score and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group(88.6%),the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(97.8%)was significantly higher(P<0.05).The operation time, hospital stay and incision healing time in the observation group were(22.56±5.04)min,(5.48±0.67)d and(20.39±4.86)d,while those in the control group were(31.37±5.70)min,(7.69±1.02)d and(27.58±5.57)d.Compared with the control group, the operation time, hospital stay and incision healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).The anal VAS score in the observation group were(2.98±1.32),(1.34±1.16)and(1.10±1.02)points at 1,5 and 10 d after surgery, while those in the control group were(5.16±2.25),(3.88±1.47)and(2.63±1.23)points.Compared with the control group, the anal VAS scores in the observation group were significantly decreased at 1,5 and 10 d after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(11.4%),the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(3.7%)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, shorten the operation time, hospital stay and incision healing time, relieve postoperative anal pain, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. It had a good prognosis, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
