Observation on clinical application value of liver function biochemical test in patients with hepatitis cirrhosis
Objective To explore the clinical application value of liver function biochemical test in patients with hepatitis cirrhosis,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 72 patients with hepatitis cirrhosis were selected as the observation group and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Liver function biochemical test was performed in both groups. The biochemical indicators of liver function[total bile acid(TBA),albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(TC),cholinesterase(CHE)and cholesterol(CHO)]of the two groups were compared,as well as the biochemical indicators of liver function of patients with different Child-Pugh grades in the observation group. Results In the control group, the levels of TBA,ALB,CHE,CHO and TC were(6.25±0.72)μmol/L,(47.45±5.64)g/L,(5854.67±354.25)U/L,(4.11±0.74)mmol/L and(5.17±1.42)mmol/L.In the observation groups, those were(39.78±5.16)μmol/L,(30.32±4.26)g/L,(2378.71±268.67)U/L,(2.93±0.51)mmol/L and(3.89±0.83)mmol/L.Compared with the control group,TBA level in the observation group increased, and ALB,TC,CHE and CHO levels decreased. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in TBA,ALB,TC,CHE and CHO levels among patients with different Child-Pugh grades in the observation group(P<0.05).TBA level of Child A patients was lower than that of Child B and Child C patients, and ALB,TC,CHE and CHO levels were higher than those of Child B and Child C patients;TBA level of Child B patients was lower than that of Child C patients, and ALB,TC,CHE and CHO levels were higher than those of Child C patients. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liver function biochemical test in the clinical detection of hepatitis cirrhosis can effectively evaluate the liver function status of patients and judge the degree of liver tissue damage, which has clinical promotion significance.
