Observation on long-term efficacy of interventional therapy combined with drug therapy for the treatment of angina pectoris
Objective To analyze the long-term efficacy of interventional therapy combined with drug therapy for the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods A total of 80 patients with angina pectoris were divided into a control group and an observation group by the odd and even hospitalization number, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with drug therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with interventional therapy combined with drug therapy.Comparison was made on angina pectoris grading, cardiac color ultrasound monitoring indicators(left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction),quality of life[Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)score]before and after treatment, and treatment effect between the two groups. Results After treatment, the angina pectoris grading in both groups was lower than that before treatment, the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were lower than those before treatment, and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that before treatment;the angina pectoris grading of(1.56±0.12)grades in the observation group was lower than(2.67±0.45)grades in the control group;the left ventricular end-systolic diameter of(33.34±1.21)mm and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of(42.15±2.11)mm in the observation group were smaller than(41.67±1.53)and(52.48±2.12)mm in the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction of(58.61±0.26)%in the observation group was higher than(54.18±0.37)%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the SAQ score in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the SAQ score of(91.12±3.78)points in the observation group was higher than(81.12±2.12)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 100.00%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term efficacy of interventional therapy combined with drug therapy for angina pectoris is better than that of drug therapy alone. It can better alleviate angina pectoris, improve cardiac function and the quality of life of patients. It is a treatment plan worthy of promotion.
