Observation on clinical efficacy of functional dyspepsia of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type treated with self-made Liwei decoction
Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Liwei decoction in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type.Methods A total of 55 patients with functional dyspepsia of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type were randomly divided into an observation group(27 cases)and a control group(28 cases).The control group was treated with domperidone,while the observation group was treated with modified self-made Liwei decoction.The clinical efficacy,scores of symptoms of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,psychological and quality of life scores after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 96.30%in the observation group was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric fullness,bilateral fullness,poor appetite,postprandial fullness and discomfort,epigastric pain,and epigastric burning sensation in the observation group were(1.86±0.13),(1.77±0.12),(2.03±0.04),(1.98±0.11),(1.92±0.06)and(2.15±0.14)points,which were significantly lower than(2.15±0.14),(2.05±0.12),(2.19±0.03),(2.15±0.14),(2.17±0.05)and(2.36±0.13)points in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety score of(61.74±5.57)points and depression score of(60.96±6.35)points in the observation group were significantly lower than(66.37±8.64)and(68.96±7.60)points in the control group;the quality of life score of(98.46±1.76)points in the observation group was significantly higher than(76.41±1.82)points in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of functional dyspepsia of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type with modified Liwei decoction can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,relieve the psychological state of anxiety and depression,improve dyspepsia,improve the overall quality of life,and has definite curative effect.It can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
